LWCal: Loss-Weighted Calibration for Tabular Classifiers with Noisy Calibration Labels

The paper introduces LWCal, a post-hoc calibration method for tabular classifiers that addresses label noise in calibration data by down-weighting examples with conflicting labels. It also proposes Gated-LWCal, which further improves calibration by incorporating a disagreement gate. The method does not require clean validation labels or retraining of the base model.
