Hybrid Machine Learning-Assisted Raman Spectroscopy with Generative Feature Augmentation for Pharmaceutical Identification

This study introduces HyMLRaman, a hybrid framework combining deep learning and classical machine learning for pharmaceutical identification using Raman spectroscopy. It uses EfficientNet-B3 for spectral feature extraction and SVM for classification, achieving high accuracy. The framework also incorporates generative models for feature augmentation in low-data scenarios.
