MRFlow: Mechanism-Structured Residual Flow Matching for Virtual Cell Perturbation Prediction

MRFlow is a method for predicting cellular responses to chemical and genetic perturbations, based on conditional transport between empirical single-cell measurements. The method uses a variational latent state space, greedy low-cost supervision, and conditional flow matching to transport control populations toward perturbed ones.
