LOCI: Spatial Linear Memory for Streaming World Models

The paper introduces LOCI, a hybrid spatial-memory architecture for streaming world models that combines key-value caches and recurrent linear-attention memory. It uses transformer blocks with spatial attention for past observations and recurrent memory conditioned on camera geometry, achieving better memory efficiency and faithful content reproduction compared to existing models.
