PAWS: Policy-driven Agentic World Simulation

PAWS is a dataset for financial multi-agent simulation that includes 36 U.S. policy episodes, 12,727 news records, and 65,291 stakeholder actions linked to historical evidence. It uses multi-layer event frames to capture interaction modes, financial actions, and semantic attributes, with entities normalized and aligned to market data for simulation purposes.
