SMILESGNN: Interpretable Clinical Toxicity Prediction via SMILES-Graph Cross-Attention Fusion

SMILESGNN is a multimodal architecture that combines a SMILES Transformer encoder and a GATv2 graph encoder using cross-attention, enabling interpretable clinical toxicity prediction. It achieves high performance on ClinTox and Tox21 datasets while maintaining a smaller parameter count compared to other models.
